About the Role
We are looking for a relentless, high-output Business Development Representative to help scale Halva System. We build the premier YouTube content and lead generation engines for 7-figure B2B and SaaS founders.
Your mission is simple: get our agency in front of the right founders. You will be on the front lines, identifying high-potential SaaS brands, running outreach sequences, and booking qualified meetings for our closing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and know how to bridge the expectation gap in B2B communication, you belong here.
What You'll Do
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify ideal B2B SaaS founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders who need to scale their organic YouTube presence.
Campaign Management: Build and manage high-volume, highly targeted outbound campaigns leveraging modern sales tech (e.g., Apollo.io, Smartlead).
Pipeline Generation: Convert cold prospects into booked discovery calls through punchy, curiosity-driven messaging and rigorous follow-up.
Iterate & Improve: Test new angles, review campaign data, and optimize conversion rates to ensure we get better results EVERY TIME we launch a new sequence.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1-2+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or agency services.
Technical Fluency: Comfort operating within modern outbound systems, CRMs, and lead scraping tools to maintain a clean, minimal, and highly effective pipeline.
Exceptional Communication: You know how to write copy that gets opened and replied to. You understand how to speak the language of SaaS founders.
Relentless Drive: You move with speed, embrace rejection, and execute proactively before it feels comfortable.
